We ship with DAO, as home delivery or to a parcel shop. Price from 49 kr.

When ordering to countries where DAO cannot be used, we will find an alternative delivery option.

All shipments are handled by DAO. With DAO, you can choose the nearest parcel shop based on the address you provide for your parcel to be delivered to or have delivered to your home. DAO has a large selection of parcel shops across the country. Therefore, there is a good chance that there is one near you. After dispatch from us, DAO delivery times and intervals apply. Your parcel will be delivered within 1-3 business days. In busy times, extended delivery times may occur. When the goods are delivered, responsibility and risk for the goods pass to the customer.

14-day right of withdrawal
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. This period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. In the event of cancellation, you must send an email to info@dejligerjorden.com with the order number as a reference.

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item. If you have ordered a complete set, the set must be returned complete with all products. The products cannot be returned individually as part of a set.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. If you fail to collect your package because you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us. We will refund the entire purchase except for the actual costs incurred by us in returning the item in this way.

Please note that if the order is not picked up after being reshipped, you will be charged for the total return shipping costs. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, the purchase will be considered cancelled and you will then be refunded.

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal
It is not possible to cancel the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, or if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Returns and refunds
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. We expect you to send the item back to us as soon as possible after you have notified us of your cancellation. Documentation of your purchase must always be included in the return package. When returning the item, you should ensure that the item is properly packaged. Seals must not be broken.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Remember to get a receipt for sending. Save the postal receipt or similar information and any track and trace number.

Return packages may not be sent cash on delivery or without delivery - we do not collect your package from parcel shops. Costs for any redelivery are reserved for the sender and cannot be charged to Ecooking.

The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is due to you using it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel and return your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the purchase. We will return the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
